Investing in Women Who Strengthen Communities

The Core MMC (Mashpia / Mentor / Counselor) program was created to provide women in our communities a place to turn for Torah-based mentorship and counseling as they deal with the multitude of challenges frum women face in today’s complicated environment.

A Core MMC is a woman who has been identified as a respected member of her community and often plays a communal role such as Rebbetzin, kallah teacher, principal or kiruv professional. The program brings each woman forward by enhancing her existing skills and drawing out her potential.

In a nutshell
A rigorous 2-Year Spiritual Mentorship & Counseling Training Program to effectively work with community members, lay-leaders, and community professionals in spiritual, emotional and social realms.

Core MMCs operate from a halacha-based Torah hashkafa. As they work, they have access to a pool of professionals: rabbonim, physicians, therapists, attorneys, psychologists and social workers to whom they may refer, and from whom they may seek guidance.

In addition, they are part of an international community of practice with other Core MMCs so they may continue growing and learning from and with their peers.
